Q:  What brands of Heating and A/C equipment do you service? A:  All major brands.

Q:  If parts are needed for the repair, will there be a long wait?  A:  The most frequently needed parts are carried on our service  trucks or in our warehouse.  If unusual parts are needed our  supply house can usually have the parts quickly.

Q:  Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?                             A:  Yes.  See the next two questions.

Q:  Do you charge extra for a late night service call?                 A:  After 7:00 pm the minimum service call does go up.

Q:  Do you charge extra for weekends?                                      A:  Saturday is the same as weekdays. Sundays & Holidays overtime. 

Q:  What is your warranty on repairs?                                        A:  Our standard warranty on repairs is 1-year parts & labor.

Q:  Is a “Maintenance” contract available to cover my unit?        A:  Yes, we offer a monthly, quarterly or annual service contract.

Q:  Do you give free estimates?                                                   A:  Yes we do give free estimates on new equipment & new construction.

Q:  How long has Best Value been in business?                          A:  Best Value Heating & Air open the doors in January of 1996.

Q:  Do you have in house financing?                                           A:  We don’t offer in house financing but we do have a number of financial institutions that we deal with.  Financing can usually be arranged quickly.
